Hi
I am looking at software to support my customers remotely. Currently I am using GBride because it is free and works fairly well for what I need to do. But you have to register the users and do a setup for each one. I have found some product that are designed to support various customer a lot easier but price becomes an issue so far I have the following on my list.

Simple Help
BOMGAR
TeamViewer
GoToAssist

Simple Help Seems the most reasonably priced, are there any other good software to look at which is reasonable priced.
Thanks

I don't know what you need to do and I'm tech-handicapped but some Chinese company needed to get access to my PC and they used a free app, will look for it now...

If I recall, I think ShowMyPc doesn't even install it just runs from the .exe which is cool.

If you're supporting Servers you can do KVM over IP with an Aten switch.

TeamViewer, mentioned above, works well too. It somewhat preferable over some of the other paid for software that we use for the same purpose. Also helpful is that it runs on all OS's - Windows, Linux, and Mac...

Hi

So yea, I GOOG'd "Gbride" and got the 'did you mean' line that offered GBridge instead which, I suspect, is what you really meant... :p Still, ta for the link; it may not be the greatest at remote support but appears to have other definitely useful features.

I ended up with Ultra VNC SC. I want to use it for commercial use so did not want to pay fortune for the other packages. It does exactly what I want to use it for. I could brand the program with my company details, it is small enough to email to a client if you want to assist them with a problem.
No installation required and an easy setup to get it going.
