Virgin calling 8ta??

Hey

I recently got an 8ta contract, but it would appear that people on virgin are unable to call me. I've tried 3 different virgin numbers and they all just drop the call, and if you try send a please call me, my 8ta number is said to be invalid. I haven't had this problem with the other networks at all.
Is it a virgin or an 8ta problem?

I have an 0741 Virgin contract on my old Nokia N95 (still working 100%) plus a Blackberry on the 8ta network. No problem phoning either one. I'm in Ferndale, Randburg. However I do have problems using Virgin to call my Son on MTN, even if he's stood next to me his number is "unavailable". Weird!

Just BTW the issue has been resolved.
Works perfectly now.
