Hi Everyone

Does anyone have the contact details for the highest ranking Virgin Mobile client relationship / customer service agent. I received a phone call at 6:55 AM on Sunday 27th April to rectify a problem that had already been fixed on the previous Friday.
Any help would be appreciated, including good deals to port to another network.

Many thanks all. Call Centre just let me know that "it's not easy to do a search to find out who call this landline number"

Total bollocks - especially as all calls are recorded "for my protection"....
