Vista Beta 2 x64

Hi,

Is there anyone in the Pretoria/Centurion area that has a copy of the latest Vista Beta 2 (x64 edition) that's willing to make a copy for me on DVD??

I have tried to download it on mywireless, but it takes ages.

I also ordered the R117 version from MS, but I cannot wait this long to get my copy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

jacauc : Use a multithreaded download manager such as http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ which is a good one for windows. Your downloads will fly

for some reason when I use a download manager, the file from the website shows as only 13.73Mb
Tried a couple of download managers and IE/firefox

same thing everytime.

I got my first Blue screen of death right off the bat 2min into the installation. Job well done Microsoft!!

I can't seem to get the thing installed. Tried all the drivers and such, no luck.

Guess I gonna have to wait untill it reaches final production. That's 4.5GB of my Cap "in sy moer".

I wouldnt recommended installing x64, apparently there are crappy drivers and such..

after spending over 4 hours trying to get the thing working and failing, I am inclined to agree with you.
