It might delay the goal increase by a week. But you should just get used to getting at least 900 points a week because you are going to need that number pretty soon if you keep hitting the goals. Took me 3 weeks. First week my target was 700, second 800 and since then 900.
That said, getting 900 points a week is really easy. 90 minutes of exercise in 3 30 minute sessions if you want to put in as little time as possible.

hmm, that would mean changing the way I work out to be more cardio focused. My fitbit (HR2) is usually around 20 bpm below the reading i get on the gym equipment. Thanks for the tips, what tracker are you using to get your HR goals?
I also have 1 space for someone. I was sick for a month and someone deciding "feck this ****, my smoothie is more important than this guy's health"
