From what I have followed on the forum, vividweb started PM's to people who were expressing interest in crystal web services, hence this thread.

Supposedly they were copying CW marketing material to market themselves. After a bit of a kerfuffle, CW reached an agreement with them for them to market CW product.

Now it seems that has fallen through, and they have fallen out with CW again.
 
Good ,I almost felt bad , thought some one bad-mouthed crystal web xD

And well this is the internet , never trust some one 100%

Minor correction, no agreement or them to market CW products has ever been made. CW products include our Crystal Support etc ... and there is a section of our product range that will be exclusive. The offer we made is to assist them in setting up a boutique ISP which would include access to certain wholesale products.

I personally won't trust an ISP who doesn't even have a website :erm:

Well , that depends ... if I have physical contact with their sales team I'll probably give it a shot , but without any reassurance I agree

Actually you guys measured approach to this has been most impressive,and its more a surprise than anything regarding the website because most companies would rush to market their services before they are ready even if the purpose was just to offset the expenses.

Will be watching the CW story closely

Like i said,they sent me a trail account,funny enough it actually works quit good

Small torrent file tested-full speed
Streaming-good(for a 2mb line)
Gaming-ping was stable
Browsing was quick and not bad at all

Was dodgy about it as well but quit impresed
 
Until their DNS redirects you to some phishing sites :P
