VLC Streaming same content to different devices

Hi Guys,

Im not sure where to start with this so please just bare with me.

We have a few devices running OSMC.These play a selection of MP4 videos,however somebody has to go to each device and update the playlist once the files have been transferred.Its not ideal as some get updated sooner than others etc.

I was thinking of maybe doing something like VLC with a playlist and stream it to OSMC or something along those lines.
Has anybody got experience with this?

So something like "Central Device" streaming videos to "connected nodes" all playing the same thing at the same time on loop?

Server plays it, the others get the server's content. Just change the playlist on the hosting device and all the others will follow suit.

We used the open source version and that switched to paid offering. Works like a dream and I can update 10 displays from one location easily.
