Hi There,

Is there anyone who has material on the exam apart from the course material who is willing to share.

Looking for required whitepapers or any type of exam advice(preferabilty from someone who has taken this exam).Also looking for prefered books or software.

Its OK to just come straight out and say "Anybody got TestKing??" ;)
 
I'll also have a look.

There are a lot of books available that is excellent to understand VMware and pass the exams but I have been given until the end of this month to obtain the qualification.I don't have time to buy these books.

So the pressure is on

It works in the sense that you may find it easier to pass your exam. However, I have interviewed a number of MCSE's who could not explain what DNS does, or how it works; so using it won't increase your knowledge one bit. Rather tell your company that you need more time, and proper equipment to build a proper lab.

Anyway, using TK is illegal, and if you are caught you will lose all your certs and be banned for life; apparently some of the forensic technology that they use to catch cheats is quite sophisticated.

Anyway PM me if you want the, uh, um "lab build" document ;-)

Thanx for the advice Conrad. I am currently using the ESX training material and downloaded a whole bunch of whitepapers. I will go through all of them(but there's so many pages). I have learn't from the VMWare communities that the mock exams is the closest to the real exams. Now all I have to do is master the material.

I already have an ESX 3,5 cluster built last . BTW I also have a XenServer5 cluster. This is the reason for me to meet the deadline as I have everything required (so excuses to my manager)-Just for me to put in the effort.

I can post the URL's for ther whitepapers if anyone requires it............

are u guys aware that it is compulsory to do the VMWARE course ;)
If u go and sit for the exam your cert is not recognized until u have done the course.

Unlike the MS certs where Microsoft recommends u do the courses it is not compulsory to do so.
