Vodacom’s strong data growth

Maybe you need to back off with your attitude a bit , the man has helped thousands , did not see him once ask anything back from you all. I would personally not bite the hand that feeds.

ens...go the extra mile!

Listen, I have gone more than the extra mile and I have been more than reasonable with him. If you are only going to hap people attitude then rather not reply, take a break, and come back when you are feeling better.

I really had to wade through such a lot of sarcasm from him lately and I could not find anything helpful in it.

"As jy niks goeds kan sê nie bly dan eerder stil."

OK, I think this thread has now moved away from the subject!

Well done Vodacom, your growth is great but, now we all know why your throughput has dropped.
I trust you are monitoring this growth by tower, and upgrading at a rate so as not to affect the quality of service to your customers.

Now be a sport and improve our speed and packages.:D

Wow 3000 TB....times that by the cheapest rate they charge for Data...

720000 broadband subscribers and it worked down to average 4.4gig per subscriber per year, that's not a lot and this excludes the other people who use their phone for occasional browsing?

Now we know why their voice quality is soooo bad. They are shoving as much data as they can over their transmission network and obviously degrading the entire network. But again the bottom line is the all important factor so it doesn't do any good to complain.

I also would take their stats with a pinch of salt. Its not the first time they have been inflated to make them look dominant.

Trust Vfone will bring some European habits with them so that Vcom will become much more sincere and genuine in their customer and service orientation.

Ah, yes, UK Vodafone, that bastion of customer care. I remember them well.(not).
