Yet again, when does the site ever really work????
Come on Vodacom stop wasting your money on Rugby and fix your network. I don’t pay you to sponsor life styles of sports celebrities. I pay you for a service which is what I expect you to spend our money on (the subscriber).

I agree 100%!
 
I have had similar errors numerous times, log a fault with their web team and get told that I am stupid and I don't know what I'm talking about (not in so many words)
 
I wish they would fix it to.. It hasn't work for weeks now... It is really annoying.
 
Most annoying part of it is that their support team keep blaming it on user software issues - "disable your anti-virus", "update your browser", "check your firewall settings" and the latest: "register your sim with RICA".
Stupid bunch of MOFO's - just like 90% of all services in SA - totally useless bunch of @ssholes at their support or service desks. Come to think of it - total incompetence! :eek:

Its people like you who should p!ss off to the UK(us Canada Cambodia Iran) and see what service is like there i have been in the UK for the last 10 years and their service sucks .Even Vodafone was voted as the worst call centre in the UK.

You lucky :mad: so stop whining

I wouldn't mind that bad service if it meant fast affordable internet.
 
Over the years I have had one or two issues with it, by overall V4Me works when I need it to.

Must say that everytime the V4me has given me problems, they have sorted out my request via e-mail - usually to activate or deactivate a service.
