Yes, you are right....but say most of the users with older iPhones would want to upgrade at a later stage.....just demonstrating that the iPhone is good business for the mobile operators in SA.

The Halo Effect describes the knock on that happens when a member of the public buys additional Apple equipment (iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro) based on the positive experiences gained from using Apple's lower involvement products (iTunes, Safari, iPods).
The Reality Distortion Field describes Job's ability to generate media and consumer attention around Apple products.

Sadly, it seems that the included data on MTN contracts is only free until december. Not such a huge win there.

It doesn't mention the other 26 contract options available either. Go to an MTN store. They have these things called salespeople. These salespeople have things called mouths with which they answer questions. You know what questions are right?
Funny, here I thought the internet eliminated the need for these strange salespeople that possess mouths. Not to mention the fact that these salespeople with mouths rarely have a clue as to what they're talking about. As they say...if you want something done right, do it yourself.
This is the first I've heard of anything related to data expiring in December myself. No news article has stated it, and there's absolutely nothing suggesting that on the MTN website. The website may not state all the available contracts, but it does state some, and nowhere does it say anything about data expiring. Furthermore, no other website I've visited (and clearly others have visited too) has said anything of the sort, so forgive us for questioning the Great Salespeople with Mouths.
