Vodacom appoints new chairman

I wonder if this new appointment will uplift the customer services of Vodacom to its clients or if its a turn for even more worse services?

Most probably it will remain a open question for the future.

As a Vodacom customer that upgraded two contracts online, I was provided 2 lovely new phones that are suppose to be the most secure Androids in the world.

It seems they can make that statement without fear as we still dont have our sims swap completed.

So the phones remain useless paper weights.

So yes Vodacom the phones are the most secure Androids especially if they cant be used as the sims are not activated.

Bravo you have ignored emails and have ignored online complaints on different platforms.

Do not be shocked if you find yourself facing legal papers filled against you for losses.

I dont plan to drive to Vodacom Techno Centre in Bellville again as I did just to obtain my Nano sims that dont work.
