Vodacom Aproval ????

im Just wondering why Vodacom can't do a review on one of their own employees ???
i have been working in a Vodashop for a year now and first time i got declined for a P0500 and now im a proved for a P0300 ??? WTF ?? and when i call to do a review they say my scorecard is to low ? and i need a laptop for my studys so im wondering how do vodacom know i can't aford a laptop ? i mean R350 bucks a month is nothing ? any one know any way i can get aproved for a P0500 cause im seriasly pissed.......:mad:
 
Maybe you need to speak to HR rather than hanging your washing out to dry on the internet? :p
 
Its all about who you know. Remember they review your scorecard every six months. But ja, it sucks that we can't review the p-scores anymore.
 
I was in the same boat as you a while back. Wanted to take out a phone contract with the company i work for. They declined me. 4 times. Even the reviews. I went to MTN and they gave me a contract the 1st time. I have 2 lines with them and i couldn't be any happier.
 
Firstly get your facts right. You do not work for Vodacom and secondly now you know how some of your customers feel when you say, sorry you do not qualify for a higher package.

I think you need more than just a laptop for your studys (sic)...
