So I live in a complex and we had an agreement with a contractor that installs the fibre backbone on behalf of Vodacom.
15 Months Later the Vodacom QC has approved the installation and the contractor handed over to Vodacom, and now we Wait....
The Person that the in house installs were handed over to are not giving any feedback and the map has still not been update to reflect that the fibre has been installed, any suggestions as to where we can escalate to, or can we just give it up and rip the cabling out?
