Vodacom BIS Service

Last week my sis changed/renewed her contract form a topup315 to a Topup135(i think) and choose a blackberry as her new phone.
Now after a week the BIS stopped working.

I phoned VodaCustCare and they told me they escalated the problem but I still do not understand why it was disconnected in the first place.

Should this not have been sorted out when she went in to Voda and changed the contract?

Why would it work for a week then stop?

Its the 31st, the migration's in action, should work on the 1st.
 
Im a new to this Blackberry thing on the vodacom network...the service is reali reali bad bcuz i took out the contract last week with the bis service and up till today i still havent been able to use this service..this is reali frustrating me has this was the main reason i desided to take a blackberry......please give me any suggestions has what i should do.
 
Did you ask them to activate your BIS? If you don't ask they often don't do it. There's a reason they work in a cell phone shop and it's not because they like cell phones.

She is migrating contracts. that only happens on the first of every month. But its the 5th now so should the service not be working then there is indeed something wrong.
