Last week my sis changed/renewed her contract form a topup315 to a Topup135(i think) and choose a blackberry as her new phone.
Now after a week the BIS stopped working.
I phoned VodaCustCare and they told me they escalated the problem but I still do not understand why it was disconnected in the first place.
Should this not have been sorted out when she went in to Voda and changed the contract?
Why would it work for a week then stop?
