Hey all not sure if this is the right thread but here goes:
Been having a problem getting a clients blackberry service up and running.
Basically have created the service on the mobileemail site.
The phone never recieves service books and there is no host routing tables.
Vodacom keep telling me everything is active on the blackberry side.
The first consultant told me the twincall was casuing the problem, tried the other sim no luck.
Then today i spoke to Robin at the data number 155 he told me everything is fine and sent service books.
Nothing came through, so phoned back, spoke to another person and he is now telling me my clients phone is faulty and needs to be taken in to be checked out.
This is not the first time they have said this. In the begining the phone would randomly lose signal and delete all history. So they updated the software.
But now my client is paying for the bis and cant us
What can be done please i am pulling my hair out here!!!!
