Vodacom call centre: 082111

I just tried to get support from Vodacom through its 082111 call centre. After waiting for around 20 minutes I gave up. I have no reason to believe that if they can not answer a call in 20 minutes, that they will be successful in answering in 60 minutes or 120 minutes, and I therefore ended the call.

Not good Vodacom.

Yesterday I gave up, like you, got the info on data/airtime on their web site. This is not good for any company.

I did a test once with 082 111. I was on hold for an hour before I hung up. :wtf:

A while ago I phoned them (with my 1->2Mb upgrade) and waited about 30 seconds before they picked up.
