I had my Blackberry only for a couple of months when the screen suddenly started having stripes across it. I did not drop it and the LCD wasn't cracked. The phone was still in perfect condition otherwise without a scratch on it. So I took it in and it has taken over a month for Vodacom to get back to me. They eventually informed me that they would not replace the screen or phone under warranty as the screen issue is due to physical damage. They quoted me R700 to fix the screen. Is this normal and has anyone else has a similar situation with Vodacom and Blackberry.
