Vodacom Contract migration

Is it possible to migrate a Vodacom Business Top Up contract to a Vodacom Blackberry contract? Will there be penalties? I have very little experience with cellular contract but suspect that it is not always easy to move from one contract to another.

Any help will be great.

You going from a Top Up(money) contract to a post paid contract...
You get prepaid, Hybrid(Top Up) then contracts...
I would say it will be free, but it would also depend how far into your contract you are, after 21 months I guess it should be free.

Thanks V3G...will let you know if we have any questions. I think we may need two VC BB contracts with data bundles...will just see what options are with phones and the like.

BTW: Is the Blackberry Bold that much better than the Curve?
 
Sorry to dredge but how did this turn out rpm? I'm needing to seriously consider migrating from my Weekender to a Talk contract since I just sit with tons and tons of minutes every month.
 
I have a Vodacom weekender contract that I do not use and I will like to migrate to Data bundles. It is possible to do that and will there be extra costs involved?

PM me the number you want to migrate and to what Data Package and I can check on the system for you.
 
I am presently at the end of my 24 month contract. I plan to cancel and take sim only with minimal data to run mails etc as i use wifi at home. Can i keep my present number ?

If you are out of contract, then you may change the contract to any package you want, including prepaid while keeping the same number.
