Vodacom data 7 days

On the 12/01/2019 I bought 1 g data for 7 days. Vodacom send me this message.
Your Just 4 You 1 GB for 7 days bundle has been activated to use until 19/01/2019 23:59.( 09:53)
This morning, 19/01/2019 I was using this suppose data, still over 600 mb left, just to receive another message minutes from starting, stating that I've used R 80,49 out of bundle. I did phone customer sevices, who was telling long stories about counting days.Their sms is indication of contract for this duration until it ends as stated!! Despicable service and scrupulous practice from.Vodacom that can't even fulfill their own agreement. Be aware of these sharks!!! Sies!!#

I need to add that they themselves need to count, a day consist of 24hrs, if you calculated as their useless customer services is telling, they still steal more than hour of the time that I've paid for. They don't listen to any of this and when the conversation turn heated, they even put the phone down.
Must commend you on poor services!!!

I have upgraded 1 of my packages with them for my kid. They gave a free 5gb data valid for 7 days. On the evening of the 6th there was 986mb left at about 23:45. Phone was switched off. The next morning my son said his data is gone. He just switched it on and checked how much was left. Only had his allocated airtime left.
So it seems the 7days airtime/data they give lasts 6 days.

Isn't that bundle 500mb day and 500mb night? Vodascum likes fooling subscribers with that mathematical scam.
