Vodacom Data Billing Query

Good afternoon

I have exhausted my patience speaking to customer care, accounts and data the last 3 weeks or so.
I am hoping that someone can shed some light on the matter.
I have an iPhone5 with a Smart M account and I buy an additional Gig data per month.
I have WiFi at home which the phone is automatically connected to when I get home.

I received my October billing and I was whacked with an additional R1000 for data charges, I included a screencap of that below.
All the charges were after 00:00 and they range in size and connections.

I queried this with VC and they lodged a case.
A week later and still no answer, contacted them and they apologized sincerely that no one got hold of me and they advised that they will get it done.
Today I contact them again, another week has gone by. Customer Care could not help and put me through Accounts, 17 minutes later, still no help as Accounts state that it is a Data issue.
Consultant at Data told me that according to her system the case is resolved and an email was sent to me with the breakdown, nothing received but then again the previous consultant had the completely incorrect email address.

So now I am on the phone with them again and no idea what to do.
Any advice?

Good luck, I have a data issue that has been outstanding for two months.

Don't know what has happened to Vodacom Customer Care, it is now worse than MTN's, did not know that was possible.
