Just before I bought my Virgin SIM card for its cheaper data (almost free and out of contract) I asked my service provider, NashuaMobile to get me some info on what package I could get for wireless broadband.
It only took them five days to get back to me, but today I got a call from one of their people who told me that I should be looking at the R350 x 24 month option which would give me 500MB's of data per month, plus a free modem and <gosh!> free installation plus a laptop bag.
I asked what the out of bundle rate per meg was and he told me R1.50. Plus, he said, it was coming down in January. He was prepared to give me this in writing from Nashua.
I smell something rotten in the toolshed. Could this be true or is it just an overly enthusiastic sales pitch?
