I am going prepaid 1 June and I am trying to figure out how this data rollover works. All I seem to find is that for me to rollover data, I need to purchase the same bundle I purchase initially before the bundle expires? Basically, you need to 'pay" to roll over data by purchasing another bundle!

Is my understanding correct?

Yeah, not sure how this roll over work.

I am on prepaid now and merely bought the Pay-Once upfront data bundle. So I get allocated 500MB per month for the next 6 months, for a once off price of R339. I will see if I can roll it over towards end of the month.

Would not trust thses stealing cnuts for a second.

I am on prepaid and for the last two months my unused data has expired.
I also got the story about buying a new bundle before old expired.
Trying to complain to Vodacom is a waste of time but ICASA want a Vodacom ticket number before addressing a complaint.

I can confirm that it does roll over I buy the 2GB per a month one at R1399 once off for 12 months. Nice thing is that going into the new month you use the previous months data first then go to onto your next bundle. Been doing it for 3 years now I think

Thanks, I can confirm my data rolled over today automatically when my monthly data was topped up.
