Vodacom doubles Blackberry capacity

Does it please me that only NOW I am able to start using the service I started paying for at the start of my Vodacom contract? Or should it please me that the Vodacom call centre had no recognition of this problem, only the rep on this forum would admit to there being a problem.

In short I don't think it pleases anyone, perhaps it just makes us content for now. We still don't get speeds near what MTN Bis subscribers have reported, and what happens when the system becomes oversubscribed/unusable again?
 
So, buy a blackberry, pay for a service you can't use and also get [icon] spammed by Vodacom using the precious little bandwidth it seems there is?
Oh wait, it's your choice to not click on the icon. Silly me.
 
Still waiting on my refund for the months before they 'doubled' capacity and the service was unusable.
 
First it was called a 'Crapberry', cos it was horrible.

Now it's a Blackberry and the service supporting it, is horrible. You guys & gals cant win.

Um....mmmm.....get an iPhone. :)

"Doubles capacity"? So now download speeds are up from 10kbits/s to 20kbits/s. Still cr@p. MTN might be fullosh*t too but at least the BIS download speeds are decent.
 
what capacity, Im still having problems, sometimes its on, most the time browsing doesn't work, its useless, when i first got it worked for a bit!!!!
 
I am on MTN BIS and have no issues, very fast. So what you guys are saying is that I should not move to Vodacom for BIS right? Because I was considering it.

Where is any incentive to tell you anything about their PRICING structure -- after all THAT is now ALSO SECRET

So what is the experience like for MTN users? Cause I'm about to upgrade to a Blackberry on Vodacom, and this doesn't sound too promising.

Why did you consider moving? Was it something MTN did? Because I am considering moving to MTN's BIS...
