Vodacom Fibre Issue

Hey guys

I was playing a bit of wow earlier and got disconnected. I then was unable to log onto my account and am not able to access the blizzard website.

I googled the error code and it came up with an ISP fault. I then tried to check social media and found that I cant access twitter either.

Was wondering if anyone else on here with vodacom fibre has the same issues

Vodacom fiber works well, until it doesn't. It's a pita to get support when it doesn't.

Switch to another provider that has good support like Afrihost/Cool Ideas/or Web Africa if ya want some drama.

I have had very few issues with them so far. But seems there is an outage so its not specifically vodacom today

Well since this post is still around I will use it again.

Is anyone else having issues with youtube not wanting to play videos? The video stops loading but the audio keeps playing or everything just wont load at all.

YOU of all people are not going to believe this, but it could be rats that are causing the issue!

Vodacom - Worst service on the Planet...

So I have a vodacom LTE contract (yeah, yeah i know - it was a good black friday deal ok) As of thursday 28th March, the service has become useless. I mean, 700+ latency with 0.5 down & 0.07 up speeds. I posted to their X (twitter) account, and after some back and forth i got this response...
