Vodacom Fibre Support Is Useless

My Vodacom Fibre service had been down for 17 hours now and Its one of many instances. Multiple calls logged, phone the “support centre” every hour for an update. Answer is always the same, “we will send an email, we cant assist” No ownership and no feedback, please wait.
Anyone know who else to contact for escalation?
 
Vodacom took 10 days to repair the broken fibre to my home. Hopefully you get yours fixed sooner. If you have a separate ont and router then the red alarm light comes on, on the ont when the fibre link is down.
 
they sure are.....been having problems with their fibre for 2 days now and no explanation given when and if you can get hold of them.....
 
That suck! I stepped into the trap and now sit with the same problem. The opening post states it well. But who to contact. 0821904 just do not care. They take your complaint, give an SR number and then it is just tough. This is not fun. And I took a two-year contract! :crying:
