Can anyone give me the number that I can sms my email address to to get my bill via email? It's usually printed on the back of the bill envelope

I no longer use my old email address and need to change it

Hello Wikus. I can assist should you wish. Please PM me your cell number (linked to the account that you want to update your billing delivery method) and your ID number for authentication purposes together with the new email address.

Kind Regards:
OC

thanks but I would actually prefer the SMS method.

Can you perhaps provide me with the number?

I just checked on my emailed statement and dont see it on there. Perhaps cause mine is already set up for email delivery. Anyone else knows what the number is?

hehe...seems that way. Oh well, what can you do. Seems the SMS scam where the Vodacom employee was involved is still very much fresh in peoples minds. I can only offer my help...cant force feed it to ya now can I? ;)

Actually, I am reluctant to give my details to people on this forum simply because they have never finished what they started.

They ask for my details, I provide it, I get a call or PM from them and then never hear from them again.

What's the use then?

Hello Wikus. This is a mere admin task and would take me 15 seconds to update it for you on the system directly.

I had a look and cant see any PM's received from you in the past so am taking the comment above is not directed @ me directly.

Kind Regards:

One thing I don't understand about the e-mailed invoice and statement: WTF does it have to be half a meg in size? Give me one good reason apart from the fact that VC makes money out of inflating the size of the mail
