I suspect that Wimax would have a better offering for rural connectivity rather than trying Jhb

As I understand LTE has surpassed it technology wise and is the dominant trend going forward, so might as well use the spectrum for LTE. Neotel, maybe this will be the start of them going full LTE and getting rid of CDMA.
