Lte activation please
No LTE on Galaxy s7 edge
Hi
i made an account in hopes someone can assist me or has had a similar issue.
I have the correct APN settings and have phoned vodacom customer care twice now. They were actually quite quick and the one guy very helpful but it seems whatever they are doing is not working for me.
I'm in a 4G area with everything set up to get 4G and I still never get anything more than H+.
I went to do a sim swap today in hope that would maybe solve the issue just in case the other sim was not compatible.
Can anyone please help if you know how to resolve this?

I am busy with yours. I am just waiting for the order to have LTE removed completely so I can reprovision it to close. The system is a bit pedantic today and yours seems a bit stuck at the moment. Will update you.

I had to log yours to IT. I am not able to activate LTE on prepaid numbers that is still sitting on our old system. I will advise once done.
