Vodacom LTE activation requests

I need my account to be provisioned. Can't get 4G on my Iphone 7 Classic Red contract.

Hello Tom. I have done it for you. Please do a reboot and test. I have also activated your volte and vowifi for you. For that to work the phone needs to have been supplied by Vodacom with the latest carrier update installed.

Email sent. VoLTE and VoWIFI required. VoWIFI worked and then stopped working recently on iPhone 6s.

If it worked and then stopped you don't need to reactivate it over and over again.

Just wait for it to come back, sometimes the sytem goes out of sync, it has happened before.
 
OK Thanks, will wait a bit. Can I check myself if I'm activated for VoLTE on the Vodacom App or USSD or something?
 
Jis Ockie, do they pay you for all this after hours work ? Or shall we pass a hat around ;-)
