Vodacom LTE - need unrestricted APN

Hi

I need an "unrestricted" APN on a Vodacom LTE line and when I requested it, I got this response.
Please be aware that xxxxxxxxx could not be provisioned with the Unrestricted APN, due to the package (Broadband Connect LTE) of the line not supporting the APN service.

Anyone had a similar issue, or been able to get an external (dynamic) IP address on LTE?
