I too received this sms but chose not to interact at all. Yesterday when I sent the STOP ALL to 31050 I got the notification that I was unsubscribed from UKUDLAZA, whatever that was, but nothing about ExploreApp.
My guess is that ANY interaction with these subscription services will opt you in.
