Vodacom network locked sim issues unresolved for 4 months

It has been a 4 months struggle with Vodacom just to enable calls from other networks, after acquiring a new contract and porting my number to Vodacom.

After numerous calls, visits to local branch, shouting and screaming asking for managers and references numbers for the past four months the outcome and feedback from the arrogant call centre is :
1. we know what the problem is this happens some times.
2.We are working on the problem.
3.After threats of breach of contract:We are by law and your contract offered the opportunity to be allowed sufficient time to address the problem and fix the issue.This after 4 months.

I am fed up with their service!

How can I get out of this contract.
