Personally, I think Vodacom IT Internet department employs people from the "special school" ... to get extra Affirmative Action points.
Deaf, and deficient mental function seem to be a pre-requisite.
For the size of their organisation, and the (obscene) income they earn as an organisation, I doubt there is a poor excuse for a customer web site anywhere in the world.
It's ugly, it's ineffectual, and it is buggier than a corpse's dreadlocks.
We understand this, we are not stupid. You are not listening, the new functionality is broken, it gets stuck in an endless loop, that is what everybody is experiencing, this is happening to everyone.
