Vodacom online is probably the most useless e-commerce ever. Recently upgraded online and did not receive next day delivery. According to their T&C (Section 42.11) you are entitled to 1 months free subscription. When I phoned the online representative about it they had no clue and had to refer to senior management. I even had to explain to her how to get to the online T&C so she could see for herself. To make matters worse the device they sent was faulty. Requested and OBF replacement but was told they have to reverse the upgrade (which will take 2 to 3 weeks) then re-apply. What a waste of time and money.

I requested senior management phone me and a working replacement sent. It is now 9 days later and I am still waiting. Does anyone know somebody senior at Vodacom that can assist.
