Vodacom Premature upgrade

Hi,

I would like some info on how premature upgrades work. I have 7 months till my next upgrade is due, but would like to do it ASAP.
Any info would be appreciated. I have a Talk 130 package.

Hi

The only guys that would be able to assist is 0821959 (upgrades) free from your vodacom sim.

It has to be your 3rd upgrade minimum and you need to have an average spend of minimum R800 a month than you, sometimes even without prem fees.
 
You also have to have a 'average' spending of about R700+- to qualify for premature upgrade.

The 'upgrades' people are not very helpful, when I called, I had to literally fight for the information on how to get a premature upgrade and even then, every turn was "sorry sir" "sorry sir" :mad:

I don't know how to go about it, but I am curious as to
WHY you want to?.

To qualify for a prem upgrade you need to meet the following criteria:
Be on at least a Talk 500 or Talk 1000
Have a average spen equal to or higher than R800 a month.
Be in contract month 13 or later. (I will confirm this fact tomorrow when I am back at work...but pretty sure)
 
The rules below for a premature upgade confirmed.

• The customer must be in, or past month 13 of their current contract
• The customer must have an average monthly spend of R800 or more, or be Talk 500 and Talk 1000 Subscribers.
• The account must be paid to date
