Vodacom Problems: Slow Throughput, trying to Connect, DNS, High Latency

Still not working - bombed out after midnight

Mine seems all fine ATM, just received mail via GMail

I cannot access any Google sites (Gmail is especially important right now), access to other international sites is sluggish (at best).

Location - Pretoria East (some 10-20 km from the 224)

I cannot seem to connect to any google services when i sign up on 3g today.
google talk
google search
google reader
All other sites work. Local and international.

Any Ideas?

Had the same issue. Resolved itself eventually.

The strange thing is that i am currently sitting at vodaworld. I have been here for over a year now and this is the first time its given issues.
It seems like it is very intermitted at the moment. One second it works the next second it does not

Yes

EDIT: above and beyond Google, a whole smatter of other pages also not resolving.

I am still having issues connection to google issues.
DNS servers: 196.207.32.83 AND 196.207.32.69
as i am typing this it looks like it came back.
But this is about the 10th time today that it broke

I am in vodaworld at the moment.
