I look at the thread above and wonder if Vodacom actually care there is something wrong? All areas are within a few KM of each other .... so surely this indicates an issue?
I've had my Blackberry for about 8 months - with only the 1st two working correctly. There after, it was around 20% down time .... bounced back for just over a month ... and now 50% downtime.
Otherwise have the same issue - can't you see something needs to be done?!

Again - a Vodacom issue that still effects me and many, many others. Does Vodacom acknowledge there's an issue? They shouldn't even be authorised to sell Blackberry with the performance.
Many, many users on Vodacom have the same issue - and the 'work around' deletes cookies and removes the search bar. Can't they do something about this?
Before this is removed, maybe we can have a Vodacom rep to at least answer?
