I'm seeing it fine from the inside, have not tested over 3G yet (someone nabbed my E272 and I've not plugged in a new one yet ).

Can anyone else test? Especially in the Cape.

We are busy rolling out more of these test servers so there might be some changes going on.

It must have just been me, or at least just then.

My wife's just tested in same location, on same computer and same APN (internet) and got the following results:

1. Download 2391 kbps
Upload 1043 kbps

2. Download 2443 kbps
Upload 1143 kbps

3. Download 2783 kbps
Upload 1070 kbps

I think she deserves her geek badge for running the tests three times in a row without me asking.
