Vodacom to Launch Ipad

I just spoke to a sales rep at Smartcom Vodaworld and he advised that they will be launching the Ipad on Contract at the end of the month! Can anyone confirm this?

Not surprised. European carriers have announced huge discounts on iPads through contract, yep the new one is coming soon and they're dumping the old stock ASAP. Maybe there will be a really awesome deal and it will still be worth it..

iPad 2 is around the corner - get that instead or wait for everyone to try flog their old one for cheaper 2nd hand.

I'm not really phased in iPad 1 vs iPad 2 ... eventually you can never really keep up unless you buy overseas or cash etc..

My company pays for my data usage which is why I'm looking for a iPad on data contract.

I'm definitely holding on for the iPad 2, but yeah you can never actually keep up with all the releases.
But that's the reason why I LOVE Apple's 1 year product cycle, cause it happened to many times that I buy something and then 2weeks later you hear about an upgraded product or something
