Hi all, where can I find specific info on a specific tower of vodacom. I stay near a vodacom tower which is not 3g enabled, and I wanna know when it will be upgraded to 3g or hsdpa. Thanks

I'm not totally sure but last time I left a query on vodacom4me.co.za they responded regarding info on a tower giving problems near me.

Send an email to [email protected] and supply all relevant details, e.g. 2G Cell IDs in your area as well as your physical address.

Well I'm not sure, maybe just try and see.

If at first you don't succeed, try again, who knows why you never got a response - maybe your email was never received or perhaps received and not understood, or maybe a large pre-historic bird swooped down and ate your email - perhaps we will never know why you never got a response to your email.

This should not discourage others from sending an email to Vodacom, and if they get a response then that's great, if they don't get a response then we will all know all about that lack of response right here on the forum.

Maybe you are just unlucky! I have used this path often and always had a reply within the 24hrs they commit to.
