Vodacom website off

The question is: will this ever be resolved?
 
Still off for me. I now need to recharge. Whats is going on with this company? No official word from Vodacom?
Its a sure sign of a faltering company I think. I reported this problem well over a week ago.
Does Vodacom need technicians?
 
are the VC reps on this forum ALSO asleep??? WTF???
 
Today one call centre person told me that they know there is a problem and then suddenly back tracked saying that there is no problem.
Maybe they cant fix it..

I have VC internet 3G and not had ANY access problems.

that's perhaps why the idjits are taking so long to fix - seems like only some numbers or packages are stuffed

Works for me if I use a modem, not when I use a router.

Site is indeed working again -- but only shows airtime balance, no data information available. Been down for days now, a pain for those of us who need to track our prepaid data use....
