Vodacom4me [data] balances

v3g, I sent it to you yesterday ... any news?

Luckily I am monitoring my own connection, otherwise I would have been in for a huge surprise come billing time

Outside the new problem (I replied to your PM), I did see activity to fix your problem in not seeing the data counters updating on 4me. Did it come right?

Well, I see that I used 10KB last night (Weather update on TyTN), which is correct. Now the problem is that I am still on the 75Mb bundle and not the 500Mb one as requested about 6 times. And I can just imagine the billing nightmare at the end of all this, as I am sure (when it is hopefully sorted after another hour on the phone) I will be billed for the 75Mb and the 500Mb
 
And the mess continues ... I am being charged for an additional 500Mb Ad-hoc, which I never requested, plus the 75Mb that was never canceled.

I can just see what is going to happen now ... they are going to cancel the 75Mb bundle and I am going to be charged out of bundle for all that data (as the 75Mb one is currently the active bundle being used first).

Vodacom accounts are just a short step behind the iBurst accounts department, and catching up VERY quickly!

Been there done that.... you are going to have to travel a fair way up the Vodacom food chain to get it resolved.... certainly the helpdesk will not get it sorted although they will be charming and give every assurance in the book...

I'll PM you my e-mail addy just now and then I like to do a full history on this disaster, so we can use it as a case stuy to see where and why everything fell apart. Hopefully we can use it to fix the process, and obviously your problem.
