Vodacom4me rejecting login

Anyone else having this problem? I have 2 Vodacom accounts, one logs in fine, the other says incorrect username or pasword. And I have NOT forgotten either my username OR password....

Just tried on two accounts, working fine for me.

What happens if you click on 'Forgotten Password'?
 
That was the first thing I did - got the new pwd via SMS - still not able to login.
 
I'm also unable to log in/on...

Outlook password prompt keeps opening every send/receive, started doing this about an hour ago..

Same here. The important one email/3g one does not work. One that I don't use does work. Also, although the B970 router shows good hsdpa reception, it loses connection every 5 minutes. Luckily I bought an MTN pre-paid card last month when Vodacom was very unstable. Perhaps vodacom should issue 3g users a mtn card for backup!
 
I had this with my staff accounts earlier this week. I eventually cleared all my cookies and temp internet files, then it worked for me - not sure if it was a bug or not. Just for interest, it also wouldn't let me reset my password when I tried - me-thinks a bug...
 
There was a problem reported around this earlier this week and then resolved. So it seems to be back again.

I did escalate it last night.
yeah still faulty, whether I'm trying to access email via laptop, desktop or cell phone I'm being prompted for log on details... since yesterday around 2pm... HEEEEEELP......
