Vodacom's Dealerweb Problems

Apparantly my cellphone shop is the ONLY shop that is experiencing the following problem:

When logging onto Dealerweb and using FastTrack, my 'General Options' menu disappears. Sometimes, after logging out and in for about 6-10 times, the menu eventually appears. When I click on either 'Credit Vet an Application' or 'Activations Monitor', the system logs me out automatically or there appears a refresh page error (HTML Page Error 500). I've also experience a case where the system shows 'An error has occurred: Null'.

I've phoned Vodacom a million times and they cannot establish the problem.

Is there anyone out there that's experiencing the same problem? Or have any suggestions on how to fix this as this 'might' be an internet problem??
 
Try clear the browser cache.

Is it Microsoft's Intranet Exploder that you're using? - does it work in a decent browser like Firefox?

I've tried using the site in every browser you can think of. I've cleared the browser history, temp files, cache, reset the LAN connection, practically re-installed Microsoft Windows. The problem remains. But Vodacom keeps on telling me it's a problem on my side.

Have you used Windoze Update recently to ensure that your Windoze is patched up & hotfixed?
 
Restart your pc and change your password...
 
TPHD - that would have been a good place to start :)
