Vodafone Live

To my knowledge there is not montly sub for Vodafone Live. There are services inside Vodafone Live that you might have subscribed to. Is this what you are referring to? If that is the case..there should be a option to view your subs and to cancell services on there that you no longer want?

that thing still exist? Oh I remember, 2005-2006, free internet on my Motorolla V360.

There are itemized charges, four of them, on the bill which just say game and VodafoneL next to them. The misses just got hold of the call center she had to send an SMS to number which would cancel the services. We dunno where these come from the access time was 03h00 - 04h00 on 4 different days.

Hopefully the SMS will sort it out.

Thanks Ockie

Send me your number i may be able to remove it

Thanks VodacomData but the misses seems to have sorted it out via the call center - If we still note it on the bill at the end of the month I'll send you a PM with the details.

Hi All, I have been searching everywhere to try and remove Vodafone Live! from my account. I get charged around R70 a month, every month. I Have been into Vodacom many times but they cannot seem to help me. How do I remove this from my account?

I am of the opinion that this is a mayor scam by Vodacom!!

We know of several people who renewed their contracts and started getting these charges on a daily basis. No one signed for such charges and it is to date impossible to get it reversed by Vodacom. They simply ignore all requests (of which there were several), and sometimes advises that they registered the complaint, but nothing more.

It is time to go to the press with this!!

I have the exact same issue I was given the following number to cancel the subscribtion:

0114767710

just rings for ever !!!

Also suddenly have these Vodafone charges coming through - how do I cancel ?

I phoned Vodacom Customer Service, but they were no help.

You also don't seem to be able to cancel this via *111#

And it doesn't show up in the WASP services.

OMG Vodacom are a bunch of crooks.

Note : I see that they took off R7 for Androgames 35 times on 29 Dec 2017.

That's R245 on one day, and then there have been some in January and February this year.

I don't play games on my phone, who knows where this shyte came from ???

Have complained on 111, HelloPeter and the Wasp Association, but I doubt that this will help.
