Hi,

Can anyone help with me, or direct me to someone who can help with this matter?
One of our clients is in a VOIP contract - for a VOIP line and they cannot get out of it.
I know you can get our of a cellular contract, but a VOIP contract?

You can port a number to a different service provider and assign a new number to the existing service (like it is in cellular contracts, regulations are the same), but read a fine print how to terminate contract. A different things.
