Has anybody got some experiences to share on using VOIP? I'm in an area where there is no Telkom service any more due to cable theft, and no alternatives (like Neotel) available yet. Remaining choices afaik are:
1) Pay exorbitant GSM rates on unstable/congested networks for all calls, or
2) Try VOIP over the available internet connections (which are 3G or WISPs in our area)
Any thoughts or experiences on this would be appreciated.
