I have an Intel Atom D510 MO - Vortexbox 2.2, does not want to install to a 1TB HDD installed to this motherboard.

But it did install to a 80GB USB HDD, and boots from this HDD, just fine after I made it bootable.

Now I want to add the 1TB HDD as storage area for my media files, as the remaining 50GB is not going to be sufficient for my music collection.

Ideally, I'd like to mount the 1TB as /storage, but if my understanding is correct, it might be a better idea to mount it as /storage/first or some other name ...

Seems it uses LVM for disk/partition management, which I am not familiar with. Not sure what unknowns/funnys it brings to the table.

Neither am I sure how the apps on VortexBox are configured, i.e. are they configured to read paths, or HDD/partitions?

So I am not sure what might get broken, and how/why. Every one seems to have a different idea, of how a "just install, and it works" system should be built/configured.

So I guess, if my family grants me time to install, the 1TB HDD in the pizzabox case, I will start to find out this evening.

Thanks.
