Voter Percentages..

Looking at the latest numbers..

ANC 84%
DA 20%
COPE 9%

Just the first 3 add up to more than 100% ! the Numbers are correct as per the (100/TotalVoters) * VOTE_COUNT,

How does that maths work? or am I missing the plot totally. By definition, all the voter percentages should add to 100% (as per definition - out of 100!)

I saw the Chinese maths, it adds up to 125%!

DA: 16.14
COPE: 7.71
IFP: 3.62
UDM: 1.05
ID: 1.02
FF+: 0.9
ACDP: 0.76
Total: 97.99%

Therefore it's safe to assume 2.01% of the votes are "teh rest."
